Our Own Quality Mangement
Based on ISO9001 and TL9000, we build our quality management system, we establish our quality guideline and target, we constitute our quality manual, procedure documents, operation guide book and quality record etc., all of which are guaranteeing INDSERVE¡¯ first-class quality standard products and service.
1. OUR QUALITY GUIDELINE: One demand from client, 100% devotes from us. Integration, On-time delivery, Accurateness, Continuous improvement, Reach new heights together with you.
2. OUR QUALITY TARGET: Based on the architecture of our guideline, our president authorized quality/environment target, TL9000 included, and detailed them into department goals so that we are able to achieve our quality target.
3. OUR QUALITY CONTROL: Management appraisal, inner and the third-party assessment each year to monitor and evaluate QMS operation. Then we produce corrective plan for related departments, Quality Department would take charge of this whole improvement process.
4. OUR SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT: Organized by quality department, cooperated by others, we assess our supplier by season, by year to help them maintain the stability and reasonability of their products and service.
5. OUR R&D CONTROL: We strictly conform to the procedure of demand analysis, feasibility analysis, progress planning, quality planning, risk identifying, risk hedging etc. in new program development to insure that it would meet customer¡¯demand and leader¡¯s expectation.
6. OUR NON-COMFORMTIY CONTROL: We control the non-conformities and prevent their unanticipated use by identifying, checking, disposing, recording, the whole process from materials import to products delivery.
7. OUR CUSTOMER FEEDBACK: Quality department is responsible for customer feedback record and analysis, then organizes relevant department to compile corrective plan so that we are able to handle each customer feedback rapidly and effectively.
8. OUR QUALIYT TOOLS: We widely use quality tools in our daily work. BBSC for KPI, PDCA for QIT, PMEA for new program analysis etc.
9. OUR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: The management would frame KPI at the beginning of each year based on previous performance. Quality department does KPI statistics each month. Then issue them, inform the below standard department to improve with PDCA. Based on the data analysis, we compile corrective plan for the continuous improvement of our quality management.
We have been certified by ISO9001 and TL9000 officially on Sep. 8th,2003, and passed it five times till now. |
