INDSERVE had cooperated with a big logistics service company (‘K’ for short in this case) to provide one-stop logistics service for a famous global technology company(‘N’ for short in this case).

The demand of ATM was over N’s production capability at that time. Then, INDSERVE and K worked together for the ATM supply chain solution. INDSERVE opened the 300 sq.m workshop in K’s warehouse to produce and assemble ATM.And our expert team focused on product R&D,supplier appraisal, sourcing,production,distribution,integration,VMI etc. In the warehouse, IDSERVE handed over the finished ATM directly to K for transportation. This cooperation model guaranteed the sufficient ATM supply of N.
